Service Description
Our Hotdog Grill fits 30 Hotdogs at a time and 11 buns on the warmer. HOTDOGS ARE NOT INCLUDED Hotdog Grill does include Set by Set instructions on how to operate the machine. Generator Policy At this time, Maliyha Serenady & Co. does not provide generator rentals. If electrical power is not available at the event location and a generator is required to operate rental equipment, the Customer is solely responsible for providing a properly functioning generator of adequate size and capacity. Extension cords may be available upon request and subject to availability. Customer is responsible for ensuring that all power sources are safe, accessible, and capable of supporting the rented equipment. Maliyha Serenady & Co. shall not be responsible for interruptions in service, equipment performance issues, or event delays resulting from inadequate power supply, generator failure, or electrical issues provided by the Customer.
Cancellation Policy
MALIYHA SERENADY & CO. BOOKING, REFUND, CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & WAITLIST POLICY BOOKING POLICY A signed rental agreement and non-refundable deposit are required to reserve your event date. Reservations are not confirmed until both have been received. Full payment is due upon arrival before any rentals are release unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers must provide accurate event details, including address, delivery time, pickup time, and contact information. REFUND POLICY All deposits and retainers are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for unused rental time, early pickups, weather-related interruptions after setup, or customer cancellations. If Maliyha Serenady & Co. is unable to fulfill a reservation due to equipment failure or circumstances within our control, a refund for the affected rental item will be issued. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event may transfer payments, excluding the deposit, to a future event within 12 months, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are not eligible for refunds. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers. RESCHEDULING POLICY One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested at least 7 days before the event date and is subject to availability. Rescheduled events must occur within 12 months of the original event date. Deposits and payments transferred to a new date remain non-refundable. Same-day rescheduling requests may be treated as cancellations. WAITLIST POLICY If your requested date is unavailable, you may be placed on our waitlist. Waitlist requests are processed in the order received and do not guarantee availability. If an opening becomes available, you will have 24 hours to submit the required deposit and signed rental agreement before the date is offered to the next customer. Maliyha Serenady & Co. reserves the right to refuse service, cancel rentals, or remove equipment due to safety concerns, severe weather, property hazards, or violations of rental policies.
